FinBox lending infrastructure

CLoU is a UPI use case enabled by NPCI following RBI's September 2023 circular permitting pre-sanctioned credit lines from banks to be linked to UPI. Only scheduled commercial banks (& select regulated entities as permitted by RBI) can issue the underlying credit line.

Co-lending platforms let banks and NBFCs jointly originate, underwrite, disburse, and reconcile loans under RBI's CLM framework. Buyers weigh API-first architecture, loan-splitting logic, LOS/LMS integration, and compliance tooling. Named vendors: Lentra, Finflux, Setu, Perfios, Signzy, FinBox.
